Kick Butt, Finish Strong: Fueling & Hydration Strategies for Sprint & Olympic Distance Racing
You've logged the miles, now it's time to fine-tune the 4th discipline in triathlon - fueling and hydration strategies. On August 29th, you'll be joined by triathlon expert and sports nutrition professional Dorette Franks, RDN of Nutrition pH, who outlines key strategies in preparing racers for the Santa Cruz Sprint and Olympic Distance Triathlon.
With three weeks and counting, you'll address the typical question, "what should I eat on race day?" and begin to dial in a fueling plan that takes you from T1 through the finish line. Also covered are hydration strategies, how to minimize GI distress, and what not to do on race day so you kick butt and finish strong!
