Workouts (will be posted one month at a time):
January 11: 20-25’ tempo run @ 1/2 marathon effort (6/10 RPE, i.e. comfortably uncomfortable. You could speak 3-4 sentences before needing to catch your breath); 4-6 x 60” @ 5K effort (8/10 RPE. i.e. could spit out a short sentence) w/90” walk/jog recovery between reps to regroup January 18: 2-3 x 10’ @ 10K effort (7/10 RPE, i.e. could clump together a sentence or two but not hold a full conversation) w/5’ walk/jog recovery between reps to regroup; 4-6 x 30” @ 1-mile effort (9/10 RPE, i.e. could spit out 1-2 words but not a sentence) w/60” walk/jog recovery between reps to regroup January 25: 25-30’ tempo run @ 1/2 marathon effort (6/10 RPE, i.e. comfortably uncomfortable.
