[Run] Escape from Alcatraz Course Preview

Join Ambassador Max on a run. Come check out the 8-mile run course for Escape from Alcatraz. It doesn't matter if you are actually doing the race or not, just come have fun :) Look at the picture. They are having all the fun.

What to expect:

• An overview of the transition area
• Quick tour of where the swim ends and what to expect
• The full run course preview
• This run is more about learning about the course than getting a run workout.

Pace: Pace will be between 9:30-10:30min per mile but no one is left behind if you cannot keep up with that but please be prepared to run 8 miles with few rest stops.
