Marin Headlands Trails

Join ambassador Andrey for a trail run up in Marin Headlands. We will have long (23 miles) and short (12 miles) options at slow pace ~11-12 minutes/mile.  90% trails, about 10% are technical

Start Times:

Long - 9:30 am - Conzelman Road Golden Gate Bridge Parking Lot

Short - 10:30 am - Tennessee Valley Parking Lot

Things to bring: Water! at least 32oz (water fountains are only at Vista Point and Rodeo Beach), 200-350 calories/hour of food, sunscreen, hat, mask
