Nutrition & Hydration Clinic with Andy Blow

Join us this Monday, Feb 27th, at Sports Basement Bryan St, where we have the rare opportunity for an in-person (!) discussion with Andy Blow, co-founder and CEO of Precision Fuel & Hydration. Andy is one of the foremost experts in sweat, hydration, and cramping. In fact, Andy's own struggles with cramping and hydration as a triathlete led to him to specialize in electrolyte replenishment and start PF&H.

All you #science slackers (I see you) are going to LOVE Andy's depth of knowledge. And if you've ever had problems with cramping, this is your chance to up your game!
