Did you join GGTC in the last few weeks? Or thinking of joining? Maybe you have a question regarding our upcoming programs? Come join for a gentle run at Golden Gate Park. Meet someone new or ask questions about the club. After the run, we will grab coffee and get caffeine in to start our day.
Everyone is welcome -- including members that have been here a while! We will run to Strawberry Hill at a pace suitable for everyone. Faster runners can either loop back (and add to their distance) or meet at our destination.
Please be sure to register so that you can be informed of any logistics changes or cancellations.
What: 30-40 minute run at a social, talking pace. No one left behind.
Pace: Expected 9:30-10:30 minutes per mile but will be adjusted to accommodate all speed levels. Not meant to be a hard workout
Where: In front of Flywheel Coffee on Stanyan St
When: 8:00AM meet, start run at 8:10AM.
