Matt and the team at Purple Patch have spent the last 20 years helping time starved athletes perform to their fullest potential- including hundreds of age group and pro podiums.
Next Tuesday (3/7/23) evening they're offering GGTC members the chance to try out one of their classes, get a look around their amazing new triathlon facility and put questions to the coaches!
Class kicks off at 6:30, but please try to arrive 20-30mins beforehand to get set up.
After the class we'll sit down with Matt for some refreshments and to talk about how to balance triathlon training with busy work and home life schedules.
