Come start off your Friday morning with some HILLZ! Hill repeat workouts at Bernal Heights. The run will start from the Mission and a warm-up run up Bernal.
Where: In front of Garfield Recreation Center in the Mission
When: 7AM meet, run start 7:05
Why: Idk, maybe you're training for Rim2Rim.
Pace: Time and effort based! The workout is:
4x90 seconds uphill, downhill recovery
6x15 seconds hillsprint, downhill recovery
