GGTC 2023 Track Run Workouts:
4/26/23: 1-2 sets of: [10' tempo (6/10 RPE, i.e. between 10K-1/2 marathon effort, i.e., comfortably uncomfortable) w/3' recovery; 2 x 2' @ 5K effort (8/10 RPE, i.e. can only speak a few words at a time) w/2' walk-jog recovery between reps. 3' walk-jog recovery between sets.
5/3/23: 8'/6'/4'/2' @ 10K effort-->5K effort w/2' walk-jog recovery between reps. Bonus: 10' tempo @ the end for anyone who wants to get a little more work in on the day.
