Escape Alcatraz Bike-Run recon

Bike reconnaissance for Escape from Alcatraz Tri. We will do 2 loops (18+16 miles = 34 miles) as easy ride. Optional run for a portion of the trail course.

Second loop will stop at GGB Visitor Center. Optional run from GGB to Chamberlin Battery (2.8 miles round trip) to test our legs for the race.

Bring a bike lock or secure your bike in your car. Hope to have a volunteer to watch bikes/bags.
