Join Margarita for a Sunday trail run starting from Tennessee Valley Trailhead. We'll head up Marincello, down Bobcat, back up Miwok and then do an out and back to the beach for a total of ~11 miles, ~2k feet of climbing. Option to just do the loop and avoid the out-and-back (7miles).
Meet at 7:25am at the trailhead, moving by 7:30am.
Pace: plan to jog/speed walk the hills (~11-15min/mile pace) and then run the downhills and flats at ~9-10min/mile pace. We'll regroup at the top of the two main hills.
To Bring: Water! (none along the route), nutrition for ~2hrs, sunscreen, smiles
