Our Long Distance Training program kicks off on July 3rd and will target the Santa Cruz 70.3 (9/25) and IM California (10/22) but the program can be used to train for any race you have coming up this fall.
Come learn more about the Long Distance Program from our coach, Cesar. He'll be able to answer all of your questions and give you a quick overview of the training programs. We'll also be recording this session in case anyone can't make it.
