Location: Kezar Stadium, 670 Kezar Dr, San Francisco, CA 94118 (northeast corner of the track on the bleachers )
GGTC 2023 Track Run Workouts:
6/21/23: 2 sets of: [10' @ tempo effort (between 10K-1/2 marathon pace, i.e. 6/10 RPE) w/2' recovery; 5' @ 10K effort (7/10 RPE)] w/2:30 recovery between sets. Note: Newer runners should do 1 set of 10/5 and finish w/1 more 5' rep @ 10K effort.
