GGTC 2023 Track Run Workouts:
7/5/23: 6-8 x 3' (first 3-4 @ 10K effort, second 3-4 @ 5K effort) w/2' walk-jog recovery to regroup between reps. 10K effort = 7/10 RPE, 5K effort - 8/10 RPE (3-4"/lap faster).
