GGTC 2023 Track Run Workouts:
8/2/23: 2-3 sets of [1'-2'-3' @ 5K effort, ~8/10 RPE] Recovery: Walk/jog for equal amount of time after each rep to regroup, i.e. 1' recovery after 1' rep, 2' after 2' rep, etc.
