[Volunteer] IMCA Run Aid station

• Arrival/Set-up – 11:45 am  
• First Athlete – 12:45 pm
• Second shift/Volunteers Arrives – 5:15 pm

• 11:45 am – 5:30 pm

Instruction to register for IMCA 2023

1. Click on the volunteer registration link - https://ironman.volunteerlocal.com/volunteer/?id=68614
2. Enter your first name and email address & fill out application (will need a background check)
3. Enter the password, GGTC, in the password box in the upper left corner of the registration page
4. Once you enter the password your RUN AID STATION will appear
5. Select the box next to the shift and complete the registration process
