Location: Kezar Stadium, 670 Kezar Dr, San Francisco, CA 94118 (northeast corner of the track on the bleachers )
GGTC 2023 Track Run Workouts:
9/6/23: Partner 400s: 6-10 x 400m (1 lap of the track) @ 5K effort (8/10 RPE, i.e. fast but a couple notches short of all-out). Recovery: However long it takes your partner to finish their interval. Note: This is a great re-introduction to track if you haven't been in a while or doing speed work for the first time. Stick to the lower end of the range of you are new and/or coming off a race. This is also a great workout for getting to know your GGTC teammates.
