If you are looking to take the next step in your triathlon training, the Long Distance Training Program may be for you.
Perhaps you have been doing Sprint and Olympic distance triathlons and are looking to move up in distance. Maybe you excel at either swimming, cycling, or running and are looking for a program to refine the other disciplines. The goal of the Long Distance Program is to give you the skills and experience to successfully complete a 70.3 or Full Ironman race, though doing the race is of course not required.
