Coach is on vacation but let's keep our fitness going through winter break with the best workout of the week! Unofficial track workouts will be led by our incredible Ambassador Team and volunteer members. The workouts are still devised by coach Mario.
Open to all abilities and experience levels. Free with GGTC membership.
Partner 400s: 6-10 x 400m (1 lap of the track) @ 5K effort (8/10 RPE, i.e. fast but a couple notches short of all-out). Recovery: However long it takes your partner to finish their interval.
Note: This is a great re-introduction to track if you haven't been in a while, or if you are doing speed work for the first time. Stick to the lower end of the range of you are new. This is also a great workout for getting to know your GGTC teammates.
