Social Ride with Jaffa!

Join coach Jaffa for a no-drop social ride to keep up your winter fitness and basebuild! 

Start time is 7am from the GGB Visitor Center. We will wait ~5 minutes as a buffer, but please be on time! 

Distance: ~28 miles

Pace: EASY- MODERATE

Terrain: 4 - Mostly rolling, some steeper climbs

Coach Jaffa will lead us out over the bridge towards Tam and down to Muir Woods. We'll head back up Muir Woods Rd to Mill Valley before making our way back!

Things to bring: bike lights, layers, hydration, nutrition!

Do not come if you don't feel well, have tested positive for Covid-19, or have been in contact with someone who has recently.
