Our Long Distance Training program kicks off on February 17th and will target Lake San Antonio 70.3 (4/27) and Ironman 70.3 Morro Bay (5/19) but the program can be used to train for any race you have coming up this spring.
Come learn more about the Long Distance Program from our coaches, Jaffa and Tim. They'll be able to answer all of your questions and give you a quick overview of the training programs. We'll also be recording this session in case anyone can't make it.
