If you are looking to improve your cycling, just go the distance, or PR on a century, join the Century Bike Program!
Note: a prerequisite is that you can currently race at least an Olympic-distance Triathlon.
This program's goal is to assist athletes to improve their overall bike fitness and build up time in the saddle for longer rides. It will consist of prescribed bike workouts during the weekdays and a longer ride on the weekends. Coach Jaffa will be writing the program and leading it, in partnership with the Ambassador Team.
