[Run] Trail Run Training Weekend

️ Long Trail Run on Saturday

Start - 8am, right after breakfast - don’t forget to grab your lunch

Items to Bring:

  • Water - minimum of 2x500ml - there will be no water refill for 17 and 13mi.
  • Carbs - minimum of 10g of carbs per mile.
  • Long socks or pants and running jacket.
  • Sunscreen, bug spray and ideally first aid kit.
  • Phone.
