[Run] Golden Gate Park Loop

Join me on a  road/trail run around the GGP. We will meet at Conservatory of Flowers (JFK)  at 6:30 am. for those early birds!

All levels are welcome!
Join me for a mix road and trail run. Great if you want to get comfortable running on trails

Distance loop 6-8 miles 

Pace at 9-9:30 min/mile

but we can always adjust based on interests.
