[Run] Alcatraz Race Week - Official EFA Shakeout Run

GGTC is leading the official Escape From Alcatraz (EFA) 5K Shakeout Run alongside Sam Renouf, CEO of the Professional Triathletes Organization (PTO).  Following the shakeout run will be the official EFA course preview.

Arrive at Sports Basement in the Presidio by 6:00 PM for a 6:15 departure, your fellow GGTCers will be leading the various pace groups.
