Join us for our weekly coached track workout with Coach Mario!

Open to all abilities and experience levels. Free with GGTC membership.
  • Schedule: Every Wednesday @ 6:15 pm 
  • Location: POLO FIELDS (KEZAR CLOSED FOR AN EVENT)
  • Workout of the week: 3-4 sets of: [4' @ 10K effort (7/10 RPE) w/2' jogging recovery; 2' @ 5K effort (8/10 RPE, 10-15"/mi faster)] 3' jogging recovery between sets. 10K effort: Breathing becomes labored after just a few minutes and it's tough to spit out more than a sentence or two. 5K effort: Your breathing is labored at this effort level and it's hard to get out more than a few words before needing to catch your breath.
