Join ambassador Maurizio for a beginner ride in San Francisco. Whether you are just getting comfortable in the saddle, or you are a seasoned cyclist but just want a chill Saturday morning ride, this may be the one for you.
Will go around GGP, then up the Presidio and back. We can add an additional loop around lake Merced if people want a bit of extra mileage.
Basic ride is Conservatory of Flowers, Arguello, Presidio, GGB, Legion of Honor, Ocean beach and back to CoF.
Dist: 14 miles; total elevation: 1200 Ft
No drop ride, i.e. I will be sure the last rider is taken care of.
Avg speed: 10-12 mph
Need: Eye, Head and Hand protection, sunscreen, repair kit.
Please check your bike's optimal tire inflation before the ride.
