Pace Line Basics & Recovery Spin with Jaimie!

In place of the regularly scheduled coached session with Jaffa, join Jaimie to learn basics of Pace Line mechanics at a recovery ride pace! This is not intended to be a super intense workout, but instead a way to learn how pace lines move. This is also a great session if you've never been to the Polo Field and would like to familiarize yourself with it to join future workouts here! If there's no interest in the day-of, we can turn this into a social recovery ride. 

Note if it is actively raining or below 42º when we start, we'll likely cancel. Stay tuned in Slack for updates!

⛑️ Safety First!

  • It may be dark, so please ride with lights (both front and back), and turn them to the solid light mode (not blinking). This helps you not blind the riders behind you
  • It will be cold so bring layers, gloves, toe covers, and a face mask as needed
  • If the ground is wet, please use a mud guard if you have one! This helps you not splash the riders behind you
