Monday is for recovery, right? Let's get some mobility work in with a relaxing yoga morning practice in Dolores Park.
There will be some light strength work involved (think core activation, and some glutes). But this is open to all levels, and you can do poses as they are comfortable for you. It will be geared toward muscles used in running.
We will meet at the top of the steps near the statue in Dolores Park (the end of the N line) intersection at 7:30 a.m. BYO mat.
