On Your own hill repeats
Try to get out to the Headlands for 1.5-2hrs of Hill repeats. Try to get 3+ repeats completed then recover on the ride home. If Headlands is too far, find a hill such as Twin Peaks from Clarendon or a similar 5+ hill to complete repeats on.
Leverage the #bike channel on Slack to coordinate with others to get this workout done!
