*Century key workout
~ What to expect ~
Longer distance this week as we head toward Platform Bridge and around Nicasio Reservoir. On the way back, you have the option of including a mini Paradise loop. Especially if you are starting from Mikes Bikes, this would be a good option!
You should be rolling easy up through Fairfax and then climb steady in Z3 up White's Hill. After the descent, and through Samuel P. Taylor, work with the other cyclists around you and practice drafting. Don't forget that there is no drafting in aero if you have aero bars or a tri-bike. Be mindful of passing cars and always look before moving laterally to pass or rotate.
