*Century key workout
~ What to expect ~
It's T100 and Escape from Alcatraz weekend! This means we do not have an official century program ride. You should have already done a bit more volume during the week, and this weekend you can aim to spin out your legs both Saturday and Sunday with lower volume rides to give you a chance to watch and support the races this weekend. After the T100 Saturday race, head to Headlands to wrap up a nice day in the Bay. Include 4x ascents of McCollough to Hawk hill and then around Legion of Honor and back up throughout the park.
Since this is an unofficial ride, there will be no official ride leaders. Please coordinate amongst yourselves and make use of the #century-2025 Slack channel to ride with others (which is always more fun)! Since you'll be out riding in the afternoon, watch out for increased traffic and just as a reminder, some people save up just to come to SF and see the bridge so please be kind to tourists.

Please download the route on to your bike computer ahead of time (instructions here)! If you don't have a bike computer, download it on your phone since there may be areas with no signal.
Funnel questions about this ride to #century-2025 on Slack or email Jaimie at bike@ggtc.org for other bike-related things!
