On Your own Hill Repeats

Aim for a 2hr ride of your choosing. Include during your ride 3x ( 6’@ LZ4, 4’@ MFZ). Getting up to the Headlands is a great route, but feel free to go wherever works for you!

Leverage the #bike channel on Slack to coordinate with others to get this workout done!

Please come prepared by going over the safety rules and checklist!
