~ What to expect ~
We’ll start seeing greater volume and more climbing to help refine those legs and building that endurance. Fueling becomes a greater part of the plan so be sure you have everything you need through bigger/longer rides.
This week we're heading to Bofax! We'll start by going up four corners then down to Muir. We'll take highway 1 up Bolinas and then start climbing! Aim to do at least 1 repeat, up to 3 depending on how your legs feel. After climbing towards Fairfax, optionally go for a Tam summit from Pantoll, otherwise start your descent back into Mill Valley. Easy in Z2 on the way back.
