[Swim] Swim Clinic - SWIM MEET SKILLZ

Hoping to brush up on some swim skills before the Mock Swim Meet at Tam High? Join us Sunday, June 15, for a swim clinic/primer! We will source suggestions from the group, but here are some things we can teach/work on:

• Race starts! Diving into the pool off a block, or the side to start
• Flip turns
• General racing tips (fast underwater kick & streamlines, breakouts, etc.)
• Form feedback/tips
• We might even get a little crazy and work on strokes other than freestyle if there is interest!

• There are minimal lockers and only outside showers. We recommend that you show up ready to swim.
• Food is prohibited. No food in locker rooms or on deck.
