GGTC x Ryzon presents: Q&A with Jan Frodeno!

Thanks to our friends at Ryzon, triathlon legend Jan Frodeno will be visiting GGTC! Come on down to Aquatic Park for a Q&A with the Olympic gold medalist, 3x Ironman World Champion, and former world record holder.

We will begin the Q&A promptly at 5:45PM, so be sure to arrive early! GGTC will then jump in the water for our usual Tuesday swim following the conclusion of the event.
