[Run] Unofficial Track at Kezar

Session 46 - Unofficial Track! 

Welcome to the "Offseason", where your GGTC Board and A-Team will continue to lead track workouts while Mario enters a much-deserved hibernation (still wearing his trademark puffer jacket and hat, I'm certain.)

Luckily, our favorite track is still open for all abilities and experience levels.

• Schedule: Every Wednesday @ 6:15 pm 
• Location: Kezar Stadium
• Workout of the week:  3 x 10' @ 1/2 marathon effort w/ 2' walk-jog recovery to regroup between reps.
