• Schedule: Every Wednesday @ 6:15 pm
• Location: Kezar Stadium
• Workout of the week: 3 x 6' @ 10K effort (6--7/10 RPE) w/2' walk-jog recovery to regroup between reps; 4-6 laps of 200m @ 1-mile effort w/200m walk-jog recovery between reps
