*Century key workout
~ What to expect ~
Welcome to another week of Century Training! Make sure you checkout our slack channel #century-program-2026 for day-of updates, workouts or even carpooling!
For this weekend's ride we are adding hills repeats! Let's train our legs to do some climbing :). The route officially starts from Mikes Bikes but you have the option to add extra miles if commuting from the city. Please write in the channel to coordinate cars :)
Details:
Be prepared for fun times and to handle any basic mechanicals. Please bring enough nutrition for 5-6h of riding and bring cash/wallet to buy more. Download the route on to your bike computer ahead of time (instructions here)!
