*Century key workout
~ What to expect ~
Adding a lil distance but mostly elevation! we will ride up Hwy 1 until Olema, then turn right to Samuel P Taylor until Fairfax, left turn to Alpine Dam and 7 Sisters before descending into Mill Valley again. Keep the climbing around LZ3 and remember to keep eating and drinking every 15’-30'.
Make sure you stay to the right when climbing to let cars pass easily. Take the descents slow and use this as an opportunity to get more comfortable descending.
