Come join Olympic gold medalists Jan & Emma Frodeno for a coffee chat and shakeout run before this weekend’s Sgrail Triathlon in Marin!

We will meet at Flywheel coffee for a casual chat at 5:30 before heading out for a nice easy run through Golden Gate Park at 6:00.

Golden Gate Triathlon Club is a 501(c)7 non-profit organization.
