Please submit any areas you wish to focus on in advance of the call (can email me at klowry07@gmail.com) and I will do my best to find a technique that will help. I’ll also be enjoying a beer, helps with some of the more painful areas :)

    Join strength Coach Kirstie Young for a 45-minute total body strength workout at the bleachers at Aquatic Park.

    This is a bodyweight workout designed to balance out the cardio you do all week and get you moving in all directions. We'll meet in the middle of the main bleachers.

    Please bring a water bottle, towel/mat, and gloves (optional, to protect your hands).

    All levels are welcome for this sunset perimeter swim! (If you are nervous, don't worry; we will wait for you along the course!)

    Join ambassador Aaron for a Perimeter Swim ~ 1500 yards / 1300 meters. Aaron will bring some mulled wine to enjoy after! Please feel free to bring snacks, cookies, wine, beer etc as we change and warm up after.

    Meet on the bleachers on the west side of the Maritime Museum (to the left when you're facing the water).

    Keep valuables hidden in a vehicle or use a swim buoy. Please bring a bright colored swim cap for visibility and clear goggles rather than tinted.

    PS: Water is 57-59F. It WILL be mostly dark at the end of our swim. Some of us have lights for our goggles, but this is not required. Please be ready to get your toes in the water by 4:45.
